Fully operational team in 90 days.
We design, staff, train, and run an embedded content team inside your marketing org. On your tools, on your cadence, on your calendar. Work ships throughout but by day 90, the team, workflows, and systems are fully dialed in.
The pattern we keep seeing.
We didn't build this offer in a strategy session. We built it because clients kept describing the same problem in different rooms — different industries, different team sizes, same shape. If you're nodding at the first column, the second one is where we take you.

Your team without Big Blue Ox

Your team with Big Blue Ox
Can an outside team really sit inside a marketing org and feel like part of it? With the answer is absolutely YES.
Can we get on a 30-min call this week?
Can you work inside our Slack?
Can you handle production end-to-end?
Can you slot into our project tools?
Can you handle just post-production if we shoot in-house?
Can you write the copy?
Are your prices all-in, no overages?
Can you train our internal team while you're at it?
Can you do motion design?
Can you cover our event next month?
Can you make 30 short-form videos in a month?
Can you scale up when we have a push?
Will you learn our brand guidelines?
Will you match our existing voice?
Will you protect our brand like it's yours?
Are your prices all-in, no overages?
Can we ask for another revision without paying for it?
Can we end the engagement with notice?
Will you sign our MSA, NDA, and security review?
Can you train our internal team while you're at it?
We're the content department you don't have to build.
Most companies that come to us have already tried the alternatives:
An internal hire
They've hired in-house and watched the role take six months to fill, then another six to ramp.
They've hired agencies that did great work on the campaign and disappeared right after all the while billing them for every revision along the way.
None of those are wrong. But they don’t compound, and they're not built for what most marketing teams actually need: a reliable, flexible, embedded operation that doesn't have to be re-explained every quarter.
We've worked with a roster of brands where speed, stakeholder management, and brand safety all matter at the same time.
We install a team that lives inside
your tools, knows your voice, moves at your speed and sits on our payroll instead of yours. No hiring, no HR, no re-onboarding when someone leaves.
The install in four phases.
KICKOFF.
Day 1: brand deep dive: a 60–90 minute working session with your leadership or primary stakeholder, mapping brand pillars, narrative, ICP, voice, and risk guardrails.
Slack channel set up, social channel access connected, recurring weekly call invites sent.
Embedded team introduced to your stakeholders.
By end of week 2: content plan built, first productions scheduled.
MINIMUM VIABLE SPRINT
Initial asset capture begins: producer in your office, event coverage, footage you've already captured (whatever the source), we start working it.
Weekly call cadence kicks in.
First posts ship by week three. Performance data starts flowing. We're now in the loop.
DEPLOY & HABITUATE
Our side runs editing, motion, copy, thumbnails, scheduling, and posting.
Your side run approvals, and feedback.
We collaborate on strategy.
Weekly calls review what's shipped, what's working, what's next.
Day-to-day operators on our team become the people you actually work with.
By end of phase: weekly reviews feel routine. Workflows run themselves.
OPERATIONALIZE
Document the system. Lock in year one.
Workflows, templates, brand rules, and dashboards documented.
Video walkthroughs covering how the team operates day to day.
12-month plan delivered.
By end of Continuation contract for year one or full handoff with everything you need to run it yourselves.

What’s actually included.
Team architecture.
Channel strategy, content pillars, formats, and a publishing calendar tied to your business goals.
A staffed and trained team.
We recruit, vet, and train the people assigned to your brand. No 6–12 month hiring cycle.
A capture system.
Interview frameworks, run-of-show templates, scripting, and structured shoot days that don't blow up calendars.
A production pipeline.
Editing, motion, copy, titles, thumbnails, and posting across core platforms.
Governance and brand safety.
Clear rules for what's on and off-limits, approval flows, and escalation paths — built with your legal and brand teams on day one.
An asset library.
A launch library of ready-to-use posts and scripts your team can reuse.
Reporting.
Weekly performance snapshots tied to the metrics your leadership actually cares about.
Built for social and marketing leaders who can't gamble with brand or time.
No anxiety about asking for one more pass. You should never feel bad about asking us for something. Our entire model is built to remove that hesitation.
No overages.
Need a tweak? Tell us. Need a fourth round? Send it. Need something on Saturday? Slack us.
No revision fees.
We don't bill by the hour, and we don't bill for the request. The thing we charge for is the team, and the team is here to work for you.
Questions?
Building a content team internally means 3–5 new roles, months of hiring, and unproven workflows. The 90-day install gives you a working team now. Hire against a proven model later if you want (we'll hand you the documentation to do it.)
We don't sell shoots or one-off edits. We install a recurring team: strategy, capture, production, publishing, and reporting as one system, operating inside your org. If you've worked with a great agency before you understand the benefit of outsourcing work. That said, we're a different animal.
Executive and subject matter expert access for a small number of shoots, a point person in marketing, and access to your brand and messaging foundations. We handle team, process, and execution.
Yes. We build governance with your legal, PR and brand teams on day one and route every asset through the agreed approval path. Several of our largest clients operate in heavily reviewed environments. We've never made it weird.
You keep the team structure, playbooks, and assets either way. Most clients ask us to keep operating the team on a 12-month engagement. Some take it in-house. Both are fine and the install is built so it works either way.
Sometimes. If you've already got production handled and only need post-production, or you've got a designer in-house and need everything outside of them, we'll talk. There's a minimum engagement size below which it doesn't make sense for either side, but we'll be honest with you about that on the call.
